Rates starting at
Daily $69 - Weekly $433 - Monthly $980 No Tents
Deposit Required
*Weekly stays require a deposit of $100 per week reserved
*Monthly stays require a deposit of $200 per week reserved
*Monthly stays also require an electric deposit due upon arrival of $100 to be paid in CASH only
Electric deposits are refundable
*Holiday weekends must be paid in full
*All other weekends require a deposit of a 1 (one) nights fee
Reservations will only be held for 5 days with no deposit
If deposit is not received within that 5 days, reservation will automatically be cancelled
2 Nights Minimum stay for all cabins and/or sites
3 Nights Minimum stay for Holiday weekends
(Memorial day, 4th of July, Labor day)

Include: up to one family (2A/2C), one camping unit, one vehicle.
All campers must be over 21, unless camping with their parent.
Groups of families or friends camping together (multiple sites) must get approval from management.-
Family is considered parent/children/grandparents.
Explanation: (a) adult "child" or (b) "grandma and/or grandpa."
While an adult brother/sister/cousin/friend may be your family, they will be required to rent another site.
$3 per extra vehicle per night
1 Vehicle only is permitted to park on the site, NO EXCEPTIONS
All others must park in visitors park lot.
Additional Guest
$6 per Minor Child (3-17) per night & $15 per Adult Child (18+) / Grandparents per night
*** Must be registered at time reservation is made or regular visitor fee will apply

* 4 Adults Max per Site
* 6 People Max per Site & Cottage
* 4 People Max per Cabin (Deluxe & Rustic)
* One Car Parked on the Site NO EXCEPTIONS
(All others Vehicles must Park in Visitor Parking Lot by the Office/Store)

Our sites are Large, Level & Shaded, 30 or 50 Amp Electric available.
Big Rig Friendly, Pet Friendly.
All sites have Water, Electric, Cable (Over 70 channels). A Picnic Table & A Fire Ring.
Full Hookup sites include Sewer & there is WiFi throughout the entire park,

Monthly Site Details
*** 1 Month = 4 Weeks = 28 Nights ***
* Responsible for Monthly Rate + Electric Used (Metered)
*A refundable $100 Cash Electric Deposit is due upon arrival.
Must have $0 balance and site left as found to receive refund.
* A $200.00 deposit must be applied to each month reserved
within 5 days from the day you make the reservations.
* Units accepted for a monthly stay cannot be older than 10 years:
Trailers, Motor Homes, Fifth Wheels and Pop-ups
** Tent sites are available for weekends only**
EXTENDED STAY
Sites are available by the Month on a limited basis all year round. The parameters are quite strict.
We will not permit any person to reside in our campground.
We are a vacation property and as such, may not be a residence.
We will only accommodate visitors who are employed in the area on a
specific job for a specific amount of time.
MILITARY PERSONNEL stationed at JBMDL are WELCOME
Retirees with a residence outside of NJ may be eligible for an extended stay.
Out of State Contract and Union Workers, extended jobs, etc. are welcome.
Extended visits to the area for specific reasons are within the parameters.
*As Butterfly Camping Resort is NOT a residential property and is solely a vacation property,
school age children are welcome only during summer vacation months.
*A refundable $100 Cash Electric Deposit is due upon arrival.
Must have $0 balance and site left as found to receive refund.
